Scalloped potatoes

peel 4 or 5 potatoes
slice medium thin
put in casserole dish with cover
sprinkle with salt & pepper

peel & slice a whole onion
put round slices on top of potatoes

add a can of cheddar cheese soup
add 1/2 can milk and 1/2 can water (maybe a little less)

bake 375 for 1 hour
