MAGNET ROLL CHECK WITH FIXTURE Positive roll means aisle side is LOW. Micrometer readings in mills. Roll in mrad. Errors probably ~0.1 mrad based on the rms of half the difference between the "direct" and "reverse" readings on the same lugs. Roll corrected for the systematic difference between "direct" and "reverse" (fixture mis- calibrated) by an amount 0.65 mrad (1999) or -0.02 mrad (2000); the fixture was adjusted Measurements made only near high-current vertical trims, and in all houses which were warmed in Nov. 2000.
