A ratio plot is the ratio of (Transmission PMT / Reference PMT)_oil to (Transmission PMT / Reference PMT)_(no tube) for the mean of all runs taken with that oil.
A variation plot shows all runs taken for a particular oil, and how much variation there was run-to-run.
The means of above runs are plotted together for comparison
