Brief Minutes from a Weekly meeting on alignment

(1) Description of the start of ISR co-ordinate layouts for EMU, possible sensor configuration, goals as listed

(2) Description of SLM prototype towers and mounts- drawings review and status      PSL construction , needed funds  from NEU for extended continued design work and prototyping

(3) EDMS description, discussion of Simulgeo C++ libraries-system/account issues

(4) Getting EPROMS for DCOPS/NEU replacement

(5) Description of Pakistan beamsplitter sensor prototype proposal

(1) Progress on rad tests for DCOPS

(2) ISR layout-sensor proposals-readout configuration

(3) Full SLM test proposal in the USA before ISR
