Brief Minutes from a Weekly meeting on alignment

    (1) What to do about Minnesota Silicon sensor development?

         After some discussion, following decision is made:

         We  will go ahead with the Minnesota sensor development provided following
         conditions are met and milestones are agreed by the relevant parties.

      conditions: 
    a)  David Eartly is taking charge to follow-up on this effort.
    b)  NE is paying 4K (order of 4K) to Minnesota for the development.
    c)  Teresa agrees to do the testing with the existing electronics.

         milestones:
           1) Sept. 1st:   Glass is purchased by Minnesota
           2) Oct. 1st:     prototype is done, sent and in-hand of Teresa by Minnesota
               Oct. 1st:     Teresa knows how to bond/test
           3) Nov. 1st:    prototype should be bonded
           4) Dec.  5th:   Test done, result available by Teresa et. al  by CMS week.

    (2) Since Eric Cowden is going away, Sergei is willing to spend a next week or so
         to find out where DCOP software is.
