This is a graduate-level for-credit course that was taught virtually from January 25 - February 19, 2021 as part of the USPAS program.
Jeffrey Eldred (Fermilab) served as primary instructor for Weeks 1 & 4, with Brandon Cathey (Fermilab) as TA.
Xiaobiao Huang (ANL) served as primary instructor for Weeks 2 & 3, with Minghao Song (SLAC) as TA.

The course textbook is Classical Mechanics and Electromagnetism in Accelerator Physics, which is written based on the 2011 version of the course taught by Gennady Stupakov and Gregory Penn.
